Set in the little village of Anatevka, Tevye tries to teach his daughters cultural traditions in the face of growing anti-Semitism in Czarist Russia. Rich in historical and ethnic detail, Fiddler on the Roof has touched audiences with its humor, warmth, and honesty since debuting on Broadway in 1964. Fan-favorite songs include: “Sunrise, Sunset,” “If I Where a Rich Man,” “Matchmaker,” and “Tradition.”

Every year a half-million guests from across the nation come to celebrate Addison Kaboom Town! The celebration is city-wide, with a fantastic party in the 12-acre Addison Circle Park, watch parties at many of Addison’s 180+ restaurants, 23 hotels, and the Addison Airport Air Show, which can be seen from anywhere in town.
The 30-minute long fireworks show is among the best in the nation, and is simulcast each year on 100.3 JACK-FM. Afterwards, while area traffic calms, attendees are invited to remain in Addison Circle Park as famed party band Emerald City shares a concert on the Budweiser Stage.

Firewheel Town Center, in conjunction with the City of Garland, will celebrate our nation’s independence with a full afternoon of family fun during Star Spangled Spectacular.
