Responsibilities

• * A tech support provides training and technical assistance to merchants and agents.
• * Tech Support Representatives are responsible for troubleshooting of terminal and POS computer hardware and software.
• * The position requires interaction with customers helping them resolve their technical issues through electronic medium    such as email or phone.
