Responsibilities
- * A tech support provides training and technical assistance to merchants and agents.
- * Tech Support Representatives are responsible for troubleshooting of terminal and POS computer hardware and software.
- * The position requires interaction with customers helping them resolve their technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
Qualifications
-Min. 1 year experienced, demonstrated success in technical support with POS/PC
-Experience in training and supporting end users
-Experience with databases, networks, and updates management
-Knowledge of LAN cables and wiring
-Knowledge of system security, as well as data backup/recovery
-한국어/중국어 가능하신 분 우대
