Financial Manager Assistant (bookkeeping), Administrative Receptionist
• Fluent in English, Computer Skills Plus (Spanish or Korean is beneficial)
Tasks include:
• Updating deposits & invoices into QuickBooks (QB)
• Credit card reconciliation
• Recording employee time-sheets into QB
• Making payments to our employees, company cards, suppliers, & services
• Updating weekly Profit & Loss for all current construction projects
• Creating weekly Pay Reports (anticipated payments to be received & sent out)
• Answering all phone calls & transferring / taking messages accordingly
• Following up on unpaid invoices / pay applications and making sure payments are received & sent out on time
• Receiving & sorting all paper mails
• Misc work such as small material delivery / pickup, preparing waivers & liens, purchasing office supplies, etc.
Job Type: Full-time M-F 8-5 (PT Possible)
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
