Type: Direct-Hire | Part-Time | HR/ADMIN

Responsibilities

· Order office supplies and snacks

· Assist with employees’ timecards

· Maintain office equipment

· Request and process invoices

· Provide general support to visitors

· Prepare on-boarding documents

· Request employee ID cards

· Maintain a CCTV system

· Manage company vehicle insurance

· Coordinate events as necessary

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Qualifications

· Korean/English bilingual preferred.

· Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure.

· Ability to Multi-task.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
