Position – AIR IMPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Euless, TX

Type

- Full-time

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and process air import shipments, including arranging trucking pick-ups & drop-offs, communicating with customs clearance brokers, and co-op with CFS warehouse

- Generate billing invoices using FNS system to send AR invoices to customers.

- Manage monthly AP invoice from the vendors to ensure payments are made on-time from accounting department.

- Make reports to operation managers on daily/weekly basis.

Qualifications

- MS Office required (Excel, Word)

- Ability to work under fast-paced environment and pressure

- Great communication skill to work efficiently with the team members

- Proficient in English / Korean
