Responsibilities
- Managing the office work environment and office products for all branch offices: Office supplies, equipment ( Printer, Water Purifier, Coffee Machine), fixed assets
- Work environment improvement activity such as handling employee complaints w/ improvement activities
- Responsible for day-to-day organizational tasks
- Reports timely and accurately to his/her superior and is responsible for data accuracy
- Managing the documents utilizing the corporate information security policy
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties many change at any time or without notice
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Affair or related field
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate high judgement, empathy and autonomy and flexibility
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and when given a deadline, you know how to motivate yourself and meet it
- Bilingual (English/Korean)
