Job Title: Dispatcher
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
NGL Transportation, Inc. is seeking a dispatcher to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching and tracking all company vehicles and carriers’ vehicle, monitoring driver performance, and be responsible for dispatching and tracking all company drayage trucks and coordinating with rail ramps to ensure timely pickup and delivery of intermodal containers. Candidate will have a strong understanding of rail ramp operations and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch all company vehicles, ensuring drivers are assigned to appropriate loads.
Track vehicles, monitor driver performance and compliance with DOT regulations, and update customers on delivery status.
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Dispatch drayage trucks to pick up and deliver intermodal containers at rail ramps.
Communicate effectively with drivers, rail ramps, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of rail ramp operations and intermodal transportation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch software.
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
