Position: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Thursday

                     8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday (every other Friday off)

Location: Dallas, TX 75237

Pay: $18 to 23/hr (based on experience)

Maintaining records of assets and liabilities.
Updating accounts payable.

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures and facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.

Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.

Preparing regular reports. Assisting with other accounting-related duties.

Requirement: Korean / English Bilingual

Skills and Qualifications

• AA degree or above
• Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management and detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Drive
• Proficient at Quickbooks Online Plus
