IN2U HR, is a fast growing nationwide HR solution provider with a wide range of recruitment and staffing services to renowned Fortune 500 companies and their partners.
The company is expanding its staffing business to TEXAS and is looking for experienced, RECRUITING (On-Site) MANAGER who can perform well in a fast paced, high volume staffing office/on-site location.
Reporting to the General Manager, this position will play a main role in the company's strategic growth in the DFW Metroplex area.
- Two (2) plus years of relevant experience with full-cycle exempt recruiting, utilizing social media and sourcing techniques, conducting interviews, and managing pre-employment processes
- Light Industrial / Warehouse recruiting/on-site experience strongly preferred
- Bachelors/Associates Degree a plus
- Must be Bilingual
- Hourly Pay is $20 ~ $30 based on experience
- M-F, 8am~5pm

Create and manage job post within different job boards and online social media groups/pages Utilize social media and other networking resources for all facets of sourcing process Build applicant sources by researching and networking with various industry contacts, community services, and internet sites Conduct recruiting, sourcing out candidates for specific job openings, reviewing resumes, performing phone screens, interviewing candidates, administering employment tests, hiring, and training of all employees ordered from clients Follow a set interview questionnaire script based on client, role, location, etc. Communicate effectively with candidates via email and/or text using company’s communicating platform Create post-interview write-ups to be presented for each candidate interviewed Manage recruitment process by initiating and submitting all required forms Create, update, and maintain reports and candidate lists into Excel spreadsheets as well as company database Maintain candidate tracking and status in on-line applicant tracking system Complete daily reporting requirements Maintain accurate employee records Efficiently manage employees on-site On-board and train new employees to become fully integrated Work closely with warehouse supervisors to handle employee issues Maintain good relationship with client to ensure staffing goals and employee management goals are achieved Additional recruiting & on-site tasks as required< Required Skills >
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and management to ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process Experience with a wide variety of sourcing vehicles including internet sourcing / advertising, direct sourcing, and social mediaDemonstrated proficiency in use of the internet, social media, Applicant Tracking Systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint댓글목록
