Business Analysis & Reporting Manager

Exodus wireless is seeking a Business Analysis & Reporting Manager in Roanoke, TX. The candidate will be an integral part of Business planning and reporting process and will ensure that high levels of service
and quality are achieved for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assumes full responsibility for partnering with senior leadership on all aspects of the Business Planning process including the development of strategic, tactical, and operational plans for the assigned tasks.
• Coordinates with senior leaders, segment and process owners, and budget and planning support staff in developing, maintaining and administrating performance metrics that support the Business Unit’s strategic, tactical and operational plans.
• Responsible for Weekly and Monthly summary and forecast reporting.
• Responsible for day- to-day general reports for various customers and analysis for assigned functional areas.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
• Responsible for consolidations reporting throughout various customers.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for strategy discussions, business initiatives, and special projects
• Quarterly and Monthly business reports
• Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with financial, operational or business analysis.
• Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret performance data.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
