Driver Dispatcher

Location: Coppell, TX

Entry Level - Intermediate Level

Responsibilities

Dispatch drivers to pull shipments out of the ports and delivery to customer`s receiving sites. 

Coordinate with Customer service team on scheduling deliveries. 

Update Transportation Management System to maintain clear visibilities on the status.

Manage the drivers, checking on requirements and providing essential trainings with Safety team. 

Qualifications

Experience in customer services.

Organizational, interpersonal communication and computer skills.

Detail-oriented and work effectively while meeting all applicable deadlines.

Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for, co-workers and customers.

Prefer experienced candidate
